Working out of Nottingham- East Midlands, the design team have experience on Building, Highway and Rail schemes, both new build and refurbishment. With a broad client base, a good portion of their work is on a repeat basis which is testimony to their professionalism on projects from inception through to completion.Responsibilities• Undertake Structural design using main materials• Perform analyses and prepare Structural Engineering calculations • Conduct Structural surveys and compile reports • Project Manage concurrent projects on time and to budget • Site Inspection and Supervision • Mentor less experienced Structural Engineers • Liaise with Architects, Consulting Engineers and Contractors • Build client relationships and help identify business opportunities Requirements• A Chartered Structural Engineer with IStructE• Experienced in Structural design, Project Management and Site Supervision • Use of specialist Structural software • Knowledge of British Standards and Eurocodes • Aware of Heath & Safety / CDM regulations • Excellent communication skills Last updated 17 April, 2010 |
